Overview

Our Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) workshop is a dynamic and engaging two-day immersion into Scrum. We will learn Scrum through experiential hands-on exercises, and your trainers will share practical experiences and proven techniques for successfully implementing Scrum in your workplace. You will be fully prepared for the CSM certification test taken on day 2.

You will leave class as a CSM with 16 Scrum Educational Units (SEUs), 16 PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs), and 16 IIBA Certified Education Units (CEUs)!

About the Instructor

Aaron Kopel, CEC, CST

Aaron is the founder and CEO of Project Brilliant, LLC, an Indianapolis, Indiana-based management consulting firm specializing in Agile transformation, coaching, and training. He is one of only 40 people in the world who holds both top-level Scrum Alliance certifications: CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) and CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach). Upon completion of the course and a post-course online evaluation, participants are registered as Certified ScrumMasters (CSM's). Registration includes a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, (www.scrumalliance.org) where valuable ScrumMaster material and information are available.

Class starts promptly at 9 AM and typically ends around 5 PM. Please arrive at 8:30 AM so we can start promptly at 9 AM. Dress comfortably. There will be a lot of interactivity both sitting & standing. Lunch, snacks, coffee and drinks are provided both days.

Cancellation Policy - Reschedule to another of our classes anytime, or cancel anytime up to 7 days before class for 100% refund. Fewer than 7 days notice will result in a 75% refund to cover hard costs. For minimum learning experience, the course must run with a minimum five registrants. If fewer than five are registered, the class may be cancelled three to seven days in advance, and attendees will be offered seats in the next Rocket Nine Solutions classes in the area or a full refund.
